Customers may cancel their order within 15 minutes of placing it.

- Go to the Log-in page and sign in to your account. The Log-in page can also be accessed by clicking the account icon in the top-right corner of the page (on mobile, this can be found in the menu).
- Your most recent order will appear at the top of your account page.
- Tap "Cancel Item" to submit a cancellation request.
Once your cancellation request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation that your request has been received. Your request will be reviewed on business days. After the request has been processed and accepted, a cancellation confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Please note that orders can no longer be requested for cancellation after the 15-minute cancellation window has expired.
