Are you a new Stoov'er? To help you enjoy the comfort and warmth of your Stoov as quickly as possible, we recommend that you watch our step by step installation video. These videos will guide you through the simple installation process so that you can get started with your Stoov in a few minutes.

- Plug the original Stoov charger into the wall socket.

-Connect the end of the charger to the back of the Smartlabel.

-The charging light on the smart label will start flashing to indicate that your Stoov is charging.

- When the light on the smart label stops flashing and remains lit, the battery is fully charged.

- You can also use your Stoov while it is charging, but please note that it may take a little longer to charge.

The cover of your Stoov deserves the best care. On the washing label on the inside of the cover you will find specific instructions that are important for maintaining the quality. Follow the steps below.

1. Remove the cover from the Stoov. Don't forget to remove both the battery and the heating element from the cover. Safety first!

2. Check the care label. Each type of fabric has its own care instructions. More information can be found here.

It takes approximately 2-4 hours to fully charge your Stoov with the original Stoov charger. Always use the original Stoov charger to charge your Stoov.

Depending on the Stoov product, the ambient temperature and the set heat level, your Stoov can be used for up to 8 hours without charging!
